Joseph Taylor

Joseph's extensive background in construction began when he started working in construction as a young boy. He then studied Comparative Urban Geography at Georgia State University which allowed him to get plugged into the real estate community in Intown Atlanta. 

He began building homes in the early 2000’s, with his first project in Kirkwood. He then joined forces with his brother, David Taylor, in constructing new builds before the recession. Joseph then transitioned into the commercial sector and began converting apartment towers into condominiums. Joseph became the Vice President of Taylor Contracting & Roofing and grew the company from a small, local operation to a regional commercial company operating in Miami, Houston and Atlanta. 

Joseph is truly passionate about modern design and quality craftsmanship. He is proud to have created beautiful and inviting homes that compliment the neighborhood and tie the residence into the community. Joseph is proud to be an active part of shaping Atlanta’s future residential landscape and the transformation of Intown Atlanta.

Chris Weber

Chris has experience with developments and acquisitions in both commercial and residential real estate. With over 15 years experience developing, building, and selling real estate, his passion is improving and growing the intown Atlanta market to it's fullest potential. He has done this by both renovating old houses and restoring them to greatness, as well as building new construction that enhances the area. During his time in real estate, Chris has worked on over 80 projects and produced over $40 million in revenue. In his mind, there is no better feeling than improving a community by creating something beautiful.
